Dr. Deborah Kennedy, ND PhD is a naturopathic doctor and health researcher. She completed her naturopathic training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario followed by a 2-year Residency program. Dr. Deb was awarded a prestigious 3-year Career Advancement grant from the SickKids Foundation to pursue and complete her PhD at the University of Toronto in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a Collaborative Specialization in Biomedical Toxicology.
In her 15+ years in private practice, Dr. Deb has worked with individuals with a wide range of complex illnesses. Dr. Deb’s perspective is that while two people may be given the same label of an illness, the underlying root causes and factors are unique to each person. She uses a variety of different tools; detailed patient history, health questionnaires, in-depth laboratory results, and artfully honed deep listening skills to identify areas of concern and develop an individualized treatment approach. Dr. Deb analyzes the information with the trained eye of a first-class practitioner in her field, she pairs it with the whole view of the person, creating an integrative web of healing through science and humanness.
Dr. Deb is registered with the College of Naturopathic Doctors Ontario (CONO) and is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
