Skills: Trained in ozone, Intravenous (IV – including high dose vitamin C and nutrients) and mistletoe therapy. As a naturopathic doctor, my training in school was heavily focused on disease prevention and wellness. This includes treating each person individually and trying to find root causes of disease. Attributes: My colleagues include two other graduates of the MATC Master Course enabling us to easily discuss cases and brainstorm treatments. Prior to enrolling in the Master Course, my focus has always been on treating metabolic disease such as Type 2 diabetes, obesity and fatty liver disease. As each person is unique, I come up with personalized recommendations that usually combine natural therapeutics with the most effective conventional treatment. Personal values: Gratitude is a value I hold most dear and I believe it enables me to work in the field of oncology. We are never sure how much time we are given on this earth so I try to be grateful for every day that is given to me. Cancer has been very prominent in my family. While I understand we may never be able to eradicate cancer, it is my hope that I can help contribute to increasing survival.
