About
I am a family practice physician who has only done adult medicine for the past 30 years.
I started my career in rural SC and moved to the Big city of Columbia, SC some 30 years ago to work on the streets of Columbia with the Homeless population. Then the AIDS epidemic hit in 1986. I embraced that population offering care to the HIV homeless and uninsured. My partner and I open Grace Medical Group in 2001, which is a traditional medical practice with a holistic/integrative approach. I tell folks I am a jack of all trades, master of none. The limitations of traditional medicine and my desire to help my patients has driven me to step outside of the box to search and learn about other nontraditional treatment modalities.
As my patient population ages, I am seeing more cancers. I want to do more to prevent cancer and alleviate the suffering and horrors of cancer treatment and also offer a better prognosis as we teach patient how to live with their cancers by supporting their TERRAIN. I believe strongly in what Dr. Nasha and others are doing and want to be one of the sparks who bring it to my side of the world.
